With the exception of the arbitration clause, the Dutch Freight Forwarding Conditions deposited by the Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics at the Registry of the Court of Rotterdam, latest version, apply to all our operations as freight forwarder including customs and tax related matters when acting on behalf of a principal. A copy of these Dutch freight Forwarding Conditions is here available. Upon your first request we will send you free of charge a copy of these conditions. The Logistics Services Conditions (LSC 2014), as filed at the Registry of the Court of Rotterdam, latest version , apply to all our other activities with the exception of the arbitration clause. Unless we hear from you to the contrary by immediate return, we shall assume that you are familiar with and agree to the content of these conditions. In the case of a possible dispute as to which conditions apply and/or for which means of activities, we ourselves have the exclusive choice in such matter. We hereby expressly reject any standard terms and conditions which you may wish to impose. This agreement shall be subject to the laws of The Netherlands with the place of jurisdiction in Roermond, The Netherlands. We reserve the right to review the quote and/or our rates in case of costs increases. By entering into an Agreement with us, we are entitled to accept any applicable terms and conditions of Parties to be involved as in relation to the Agreement by us.
